Important information	Please show-up at the meeting point 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. During peak season, short boarding waiting may occur; refunds or complaints will not be accepted. Each gondola can hosts up to 5 guests (a total of 5 people including children and infants); capacity is limited to 3 guests if the 2 musicians are on board for the serenade. The duration of the tour follows a standard itinerary, according to the selected boarding station and the option chosen. If guests are running late, boarding is not guaranteed and the tour may be shorter. Full penalty will be applied in case of "no-show" In case of adverse weather or tidal conditions, the duration and itinerary are subject to change or it may be cancelled for safety reasons.The organizer may provide a cancellation notice to be sent via e-mail or phonecall to guests; without notice, guests are required to arrive at the meeting point to avoid any no-show penalty. Any changes (in terms of time or date) is subject to a penalty. Request of changes must be communicated by sending an e-mail to [email protected], the organizer will verify availability and confirm or reject the request, according to the availability. TOUR 30 MINUTES: departure point from Bacino Orseolo, right in front of famous Hard Rock Cafè and just behind Saint Mark’s Square, following smaller but unbelievably beautiful secondary canals such as Rio dei Barcaioli where the home where Mozart lived is located, and Rio dell’Ovo to reach the Grand Canal. From here, to your right you will enjoy the spectacular view of the Rialto Bridge from the water, and to your left imposing palazzi such as Ca’ Farsetti, seat of the municipal government, and Palazzo Grimani, the largest building overlooking the Grand Canal and which now hosts the Court of Appeals. The tour continues down Rio San Luca where it passes Palazzo Manin, residence of the last doge of Venice, Ludovico Manin, and today the Bank of Italy’s Regional headquarters building, before returning to end again at Bacino Orseolo.

TOUR 60 MINUTES: departure point from Bacino Orseolo, right in front of the famous Hard Rock Cafè and just behind St. Mark’s Square, riding along smaller but beautiful canals, this itinerary includes the Mozart's House and Grand Canal with stunning Rialto Bridge.Passing under the famous Rialto Bridge we will see the Rialto Market , where locals and visitors enjoy walking around and buy fruits, veggies and fresh seafood. Many imposing Palaces can be seen from this route, such as Ca’ Farsetti that hosts the Venice Mayor and Palazzo Grimani, the largest building overlooking the Grand Canal. The tour continues cruising down to Rio San Luca with Palazzo Manin,former residence of the last Doge of Venice Ludovico Manin, today hosts the Bank of Italy The itinerary continues through enchanting small canals of the city center and ends at the same departure point.
